John Dare Oloyede - Managing Partner

Often described by his peers as “ a Lawyer’s Lawyer”, Oloyede possesses extensive and wide-ranging experience in Litigation before the High Courts, the Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court. He co-ordinates the Chambers’ Litigation practice providing direction for all Litigation and Litigation related matters.

He is a law graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, with 27 years of continuous legal practice under his belt. He also is a member of the International Bar Association and an Associate Member of Negotiation and Conflict Management Group – an international private initiative aimed at promoting mediation and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

In furtherance of a desire to promote and participate actively in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), he joined the reputable Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK in 2009 as Associate Member, and then enrolled at the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators Nigeria (NICArb) and is currently a fellow of the institute.

Oloyede is certified a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is also a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International and a former President of Rotary Club, Surulere North East.

Ronke Omolara Koku

Koku is a Notary Public of the Supreme Court and partner in the firm where she leads  our Alternative Dispute and Conflict Resolution department. She possesses extensive and wide -ranging experience in ADR practice but specializes in mediation; Helping people transform conflict. She had the benefit of obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in History before embarking on her study of Law at the University of Lagos.

Extremely versatile and hardworking, she is an Accredited International Mediator, International and Cross-Cultural Negotiator, an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), and Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK),

She’s also a publisher, a facilitator, and presently a resourceful Mediator at the Lagos Multi-Door Court House in Lagos state.

Dozie Atuenyi

Dozie leads the litigation department of the chambers. With previous experience providing legal advisory support to international and local companies, Dozie merges a knowledge of the law and our clients interests across sectors to provide top-notch legal representation. His expertise spans Intellectual property, Aviation Law, Corporate/Commercial/Investment Law, Land Law, Intellectual property, Transaction and Regulatory advisory, Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Uyoyou Ero

Uyoyou Ero is an accredited mediator with extensive experience in Mediation, ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) and Conflict Management. Skilled in the art of Negotiation and Regulatory Compliance, she regularly provides legal advisory services to individuals and companies.

Olaide Safiu

Olaide is a key member of the Chambers’ Governance and Policy team representing clients in election petition cases in various states of the federation. His expertise spans Probate matters, Family law and Land law with a focus on Regulatory Compliance.

Stephen Achonu

Stephen has extensive working experience in Corporate and Commercial Litigation. His core competencies include advisory services for Tech Start-Ups, Tax Law, Intellectual property and Media Law. He is skilled in Corporate Governance and frequently liaises with regulatory agencies on behalf of clients.

Abisola Omisakin

Abisola Omisakin routinely advises corporate and individual clients, providing legal representation across superior courts in Nigeria. An Associate of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, she has hands-on experience in Dispute Resolution and Arbitration.
